Handmade Gifts

Shipping is on Tuesday and Thursday after cleared payment. 

We DO want EACH customer to be satisfied, however if there is any damage the Post Office requires certain info before they will pay any claim and without your help supplying that info this would be impossible.  Insurance will be placed on every shipment!

If item(s) are damaged in anyway, we will gladly refund or exchange item unless otherwise noted.  PLEASE NOTE:  I will have to have pictures of damage as well as detailed info emailed to me within 48 hours of item receipt so that I can file an insurance claim.  If you do not supply pictures and info for me to file insurance, then I CAN NOT refund or exchange your item.
